How much money will we need in Israel? 
The answer really comes down to how much you want to spend.  We should count on about $30 per person for tips for the entire trip (bus driver, tour guide, hotel people etc.).  Leave comments below if you have any more information.  We also need someone to be in charge of doling out the tips when they are due.  Contact Pastor Bob if you're interested in being our Matthew (the tax collector).

What meals are will be provided?
Everything will be provided except for the 6 lunches.  Everything else is paid for so it really comes down to whatever souvenirs you want to buy.  (Jerusalem is very Western and has many familiar cafes, including a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf- Amy)

How much is the visa entry fee?
Travelers with certain passports do not need an entry visa for stays less than 3 months.  Check this list to see if that includes you: Source: Go Israel

When/where are we meeting to leave on April 9?
If you are flying with the group from Moscow, we are meeting together at Domodedovo before our flight, which departs at 11am.  We will meet in the area outside of ticketing at 8:30.  Please do not be late.  Also, make sure Pastor Bob has your Russian cell phone numbers, just in case something happens that morning so we can contact everyone.

Are we having a send-off at church?
On Sunday, March 27, we will have a blessing in church for all of the participants during our normal worship hour.  If you are in the States, Pastor Bob would recommend that you ask your pastor to have a sending off time for you as you go to make this potentially transformative journey.  It would be awesome to have all of us blessed in some church in the world on the 27th of March. 

"Amazing Grace" is a really good song and I think everyone will know it.  How can I suggest it for the song book?
If you have any favorite hymns or songs that you want included in the song booklet please send them to either Peggy or Diana, or both.

I love taking videos!  Can I be the videographer?
Yes!  We are still looking for a videographer.  Contact Pastor Bob to volunteer.
